11:30 a.m. chicken breast, 2 eggs, 1/4 diced onion, salsa

3:00 p.m. 1/4 lb. hamburger, no bun, ketchup

6:00 p.m. half a turkey bacon ranch wrap, side salad, 2 glasses pink lemonade

8:00 p.m. 2 hours Contra dancing

9:00 p.m. plum, handful of grapes. 40 oz. water

11:00 p.m. other half turkey bacon ranch wrap

10:30 a.m. 64 oz. water.

1:00 p.m. handful of grapes

1:30 p.m. large chicken breast, 8 oz. broccoli, dash of parmesan

6:30 p.m. 2 bunches of grapes

9:00 p.m. salmon filet

12:30 p.m. 1 apple,  tbsp. of peanut butter, glass of milk
